A dark and gloomy night, I wanted to watch a good movie. Seeing an edit of this movie got me intrigued, I was hooked to say the least.
Wall To Wall is a Korean movie out on Netflix. This movie tackles on a lot of ideas, ranging from many aspects of life. The themes in this movie run from depression, to hope, to anger, and many more. The movie is about a married man, who buys a house, which aside from planning to grow a family, is a good investment. Other people buy crypto, and when his wife leaves him, the economy collapses and all that is left is his job, and having to steal food from work to get by, a big problem arises. Every night at home he keeps hearing things, alarms, jumping, kids, and much more that keep him up at night. He gets threats from his bottom neighbours because they think it is him doing it. He investigates the whole apartment building and everyone blames someone else, all until he is the only one in the building when sound comes loudly throughout. Was he insane? Was he making loud sounds to cope with life? Forgetting he was making the sounds? To save myself from being a bottom feeder and spoiling it, I will let you find out!
Trust me this movie will mentally have you feeling something. I truly loved this movie, to the point where this movie made me feel so deeply involved and nearly had tears in my eyes at some parts of the pain it brought. This performance by Kang Ha-neul was one to die for. Trust me you will be shouting at the TV when your watching, and you will be sitting in silence processing the masterpiece you just endured.
Go watch Wall To Wall on Netflix right now!
